First Choice College update to services in response to COVID-19
Whilst our offices are still open, and as far as possible it is business as usual, we have had to make some changes to our service in response to the current situation with the COVID-19 outbreak.
As things are changing rapidly we are reviewing how we operate on a daily basis and any changes will be communicated to students via email and via our website.
As far as possible we are trying to reduce face to face interaction in our workplace and we are preparing for staff to work remotely to minimise any disruption to our services during this difficult time.
Advice for practical components within your course:
While we understand that the First Choice College delivery of most courses in online delivery, and whilst you have no physical contact with your trainers- some aspects of your course may require students to work with either a third party to verify evidence and/or work with others in a practical environment. Some of these requirements are set by the training package and as such, we are asking that students exercise the recommended health guidelines which you can access by clicking HERE
You must still complete these tasks as set in the assessment outline however to avoid the “face to face”, physical contact you may wish to complete these tasks using a variety of “meeting tools” such as:

If you are having difficulty meeting the requirements of your course by your enrolment end date we will review your circumstances on a case by case basis.
